apartment (built in 2005) is approximately 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport
along the coastal road. Situated in an urbanisation called Alcores in Sitio de
Calahonda in the prime location of the Costa del Sol.
The Ermita Hills are to
the rear with the Mediterranean Sea to the front.
Calahonda is 50 miles east of
Malaga and 50 miles west of Almeria.

The apartment has two balconies. The main balcony over looks the Mediterranean
sea.
The balcony to the rear provides a perfect afternoon sun trap.
The apartment is in a complex boasting 3 swimming pools, a
child's paddling pool and a play area, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The
complex is very secure with security
gates and an intercom system.
The apartment is approximately 30 minutes drive from Malaga
Airport along the coastal road.
Costa Del Sol has become famous for its many golf courses.
There are over 40 courses with 2 courses directly in Calahonda City.
There are restaurants, bars and shops within 10 minutes walk
from the apartment.
A regular bus runs every 30 minutes to the "Strip".
Fuengirola, alive with many more bars, restaurants and night clubs, is just a fifteen minute taxi ride.
Taxis from the airport or car hire can be arranged.
